The Doctor is in the house. Tim is joining Nic and I, discussing whether “Higher for Longer” can be declared dead after last weeks CPI/PPI readings and the exuberant rally in the Russel 2000. About a year ago Tim’s CPI model allowed us to call the high in rates at about 5% within the timeframe predicted. We therefore decided to update our data, polish the crystal ball and discuss different scenarios supported by a rigorous analysis within our model.
